In his role as Senior Project Manager, Pat oversees and coordinates all lab projects for Engineering and Natural Sciences. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston and is a Registered Architect in Texas. Pat has been with Rice University since 2000.

Tina provides support for lab projects for Engineering and Natural Sciences. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Houston and is a Registered Architect in Texas. Tina has worked at Rice since 2000.

Spencer Howard

Spencer earned his Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Construction Management at the University of Houston and is collaborating on many of our campus projects. He is an Associate of the American Institute of Architects and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Erik M. Knezevich, P.E.

Project Manager

Erik comes to Rice with commercial, industrial and institutional project experience in fossil fuel and nuclear energy facility design. He has a B.S. from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Bob holds degrees in both civil engineering and architecture. He has 16 years experience in facilities planning and designing.

LouAnn Risseeuw

LouAnn holds a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and is a Registered Interior Designer in Texas. She specializes in designs for the interiors of new construction and remodels. LouAnn has been with Rice since 2000.

Larry joins PM&E with experience as a project engineer and team manager in the construction industry. He is already familiar with the Rice campus having completed his MBA at the Jones Graduate School of Management.
