The Facilities area of Facilities Engineering and Planning consists of the  Maintenance Crafts, the Facilities Project Managers, Facilities Service Center and  Custodial and Grounds. Together these groups steward the buildings on campus by maintaining them, cleaning them, and ensuring their continuing overall soundness. Leadership is provided by Russell Price, Assistant Vice President of Facilities, who oversees both groups with the help of two direct reports:  Eusebio Franco, Director of Custodial and Grounds and Hugh Ton-That, Manager,  Maintenance.      Administrative support is provided by Sau Mei Lees (Custodial and Grounds), Bernadette Jackson (Maintenance) and Antondria Pradia (Facilities and Russell Price).

Mission Statement:  Provide cost effective, efficient, reliable, maintenance, custodial and grounds service, preserving and upgrading the integrity of the campus facilities and grounds with minimal interruptions to the building occupants. Skilled workers, planning, productivity, customer communication, and consideration of customer needs are key to quality maintenance.

Hours of Operation:

• Administrative Office: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
• Maintenance Crafts: 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, with Preventive Maintenance Shop on duty from 4:00pm to midnight and call-out craftspeople available 24/7.
• Custodians:  6:30am to 3:00pm and evenings 3:00pm - 11:30pm. 
• After hours assistance: Call the Facilities Service Center at x2485 and follow the prompts, or, in an  emergency, call Central Plant Control Room at x4095.
