Arches2The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) was created in July of 2001 when the Civil Engineering and the Environmental Science and Engineering departments merged. The goal of CEE is to build on the strengths of the two existing departments to create innovative programs in education and research designed to address questions of our society's growth and sustainability in a world of technological change.
