Three hard copies of the proposal as well as a PDF copy must be turned into IBB at George R. Brown Hall, Room W100F. Faculty interested in submitting proposals must send an email to jwest@rice.edu with the title of their proposal and a very short description by April 1 so that we can arrange for appropriate reviewers. Each proposal will be reviewed and scored as well as discussed at the study section meeting. Investigators will attend the study section to listen to the discussion to learn more about the NIH process and to receive additional feedback on their proposal.
