Preregistration

Proteges are tenure-track female faculty in the Schools of Natural Sciences or Engineering. The protege should be willing to meet with their mentor each month. The protege should be willing to write down career goals and articulate what they want from the mentor. A protege should also be willing and able to listen and consider positive, constructive feedback. Each protege will be matched with a tenured female faculty member (mentor) and another tenure-track female faculty member to compose a mentoring triad.
