Faculty Promotions and Transfers

 Action  Description  Forms
Faculty Promotion This is for all faculty who currently hold a faculty position.
  • A copy of the appointment letter should be sent to HR
Re-appointment of regular faculty in budgeted position This is to continue the appointment of regular faculty.
  • A copy of the                   re-appointment letter should be sent to HR
Re-appointment of faculty paid from teaching pools This is to continue the appointment of faculty paid by faculty pools in a department.
  • Copy of the re-appointment letter should be sent to HR
  • Completed Personnel Action Form
  • Include Number of Credit hours and courses being taught

 

Re-appointment of unpaid and adjunct faculty    This is to continue the appointment of this category of faculty.
  • A copy of the re-appointment letter should be sent to HR
