Welcome to the Rice University Parking Appeals Website. If you have been issued a parking citation and would like to appeal it, please select the Primary Appeals option. If you have already appealed the citation and would like to have a second appeal, please select the Secondary Appeals option.
Prior to July 1, the parking committee decided to begin charging a $10.00 appeal deposit per citation for parking appeals. The appeal deposit of $10.00 must be submitted by check or money order made payable to Rice University. The deposit must be submitted to the police department at mail stop #551 and is refundeded if the appeal is granted.
